Following on from the Fault Finding on High Efficiency Appliances program, the next few months will see the release of the Central Heating System Controls training program.
This training program aims to teach the user about the twin two-port and mid-position zone valves as well as the other controls that comprise a central heating system. It uses rich multimedia audio-visual elements to impart information to the user in a clear, interesting and innovative way.
The training reinforces the knowledge gained in its tutorial sections with 6 highly interactive scenarios where the user is placed in a 3D Real World Environment in order to try and solve common problems that may arise in central heating systems.
Users get the opportunity to experience real-life situations in a safe environment allowing critical mistakes to be made without the real-life critical consequences.
