Using the latest in 3D animation, graphics, video clips and sound, you are transported into the Real World Environment (RWE) of a typical home. It is up to you to decide on your approach and how to fix the problem. You can visit different parts of the property, use an electrical test meter to test components, replace components, refer to the manual and even talk to the customer.

Module 1
An introduction to the programme and how to navigate around it using the on-screen tools. It takes just a couple of minutes to master.
Module 2
This section covers an in-depth look at Wiring and Controls and takes around 25 minutes to complete. The key elements in this section include:
Real-life scenarios
A methodical approach to fault -finding is recommended and this is fully explored via six Real World Environment (RWE) customer exercises; these closely replicate real-life situations typically experienced by most domestic Gas Engineers.
At the end of each exercise trainees will receive instant feedback. A feedback sheet with ticks and crosses against relevant tasks gives an indication of the trainees performance in the particular scenario.
For optimum learning repeat the programme as often as needed – for no additional cost.
